OUR PEOPLE
An ecosystem made up of employees, volunteers, service providers, and donors is the driving force behind Obra do Berço. For nearly a century, they have sustained our institution, benefiting hundreds of families every year.
Our team of more than 60 employees includes social workers, psychologists, educators, teachers, nursing assistants, nutritionists, caregivers, cooks, administrative professionals, and cleaning staff. We also rely on external providers in specialized areas.

Join Our Team
The invaluable work of our more than 150 volunteers in several areas keeps this dream alive. Today, they work in the areas of management, medical assistance and physiotherapeutics, in Reception and Daycare projects, and in the areas of Communication, Events and Bazaar.
The management of Obra do Berço is entirely voluntary. With intense and daily dedication, the board works on everything from everyday issues to strategic planning for the sustainability of the institution.
